Implement and maintain the Internet virus control and security applications for UNIX. LINUX, Windows NT, Windows 2000-based systems. Job responsibilities include debugging of viruses, worm, spyware and security applications on the computer, providing technical analysis of problems and consulting on anti-virus, network security products. |
|
Administer and support projects in all capacities, such as planning and implementing; specifically in the area of server creations, additions, upgrades and consolidation. Manage the infrastructure performance, security upgrades, patches, enhancements, data backups and systems monitoring throughout the organization. |
|
Provide network engineering and administration support for network operating software and computer anti-virus software including troubleshooting complex problems, developing and implementing backup and recovery plans. Implement and monitor virus and security protection for the customer domain. |
|
Define the security systems administration process, implement changes to various security services components including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, virus scanning and prevention systems, authentication and access control systems, audit trail management systems and various other related functions as needed. |
|
Must communicate and work with other inter-company departments and provide technical support and services to company¡¯s customers. Support and services include, but are not limited to conferences with customers, on-site troubleshooting, providing fixes (patches), reviewing software fixes from other engineers for quality assurance and solving customer¡¯s technical problems as they may arise. |
